4 Reasons To Travel With Me

You Love Black History

  • I love all Black folks and have visions of a united global African diaspora. This retreat was intentionally designed to connect you with local Black history and culture through immersive experiences in Ghana.

You're Craving Community

  • You deserve to feel free while traveling; we don’t want to cramp your style. Unlike other companies, we won’t charge you extra for traveling solo. Almost all of our trips include single rooms for everyone.

You’re Writing A Literary Legacy

  • We put our money where our mouth is and support cool people, places, and businesses. On every trip we plan, we support at least two (but often more) Black businesses, from photographers to tour guides and beyond.

    You're Tired Of Planning

  • You be planning your own trips, but sometimes it’s too much. You deserve to focus on enjoyment. We’ve been planning trips for our clients since 2017. Let us connect you with cool across the diaspora.

Your Host

Meet Briona

I spent years doubting if my writing was good enough, unsure and unfulfilled. From a lifelong dream of writing professionally to navigating the uncertainty of a nomadic life, I yearned to tell impactful global stories. Faced with the challenges of an anti-Black media industry, I scoured the internet for answers, leading me to a pivotal moment: contributing to POPSUGAR and embarking on my writing journey. With each byline, I gained the confidence to send pitches, eventually securing a place among multi-award-winning travel and food journalists, recognized by prestigious organizations and featured in top publications.
